According to the “Decret 15/2013, de 19 d’abril, pel qual es regula
el tractament integrat de les llengües als centres docents no
universitaris de les Illes Balears ”, the class will be held in english.
Other languages than english will only be used in case that communication in english should become impossible.
Since
the english level of the students will most probably be quite low, the
main aim will be to increase their technical vocabulary to a level that
permits them understand simple instructions in spoken and written
english.
The blog PQPI Electricity
(pqpisonpacselectricity.blogspot.com), containing information, technical
documentation and language exercises for the students, will be
conducted in english.
A written abstract in english of each treated issue will help to consolidate the vocabulary.
